COMMERCIAL TERMS | APRIL 2025

Please read this summary of terms & conditions in conjunction with any Wallflowers estimate.

All figures NZD excluding GST.

ACCEPTANCE

When you accept a Wallflowers estimate/quote, you are also simultaneously accepting the following Wallflowers Commercial Terms, as set out in this summary:

1 ❋ Estimates fixed-prices defined

1.1 Wallflowers estimates are not firm, they are a best-endeavours guide based on zero interruptions
1.2 If a binding fixed-price quote is required, by mutual agreement, the quote will say FIXED PRICE
1.3 Wallflowers estimates and/or fixed-price quotes are valid for six weeks
1.4 If Wallflowers is asked to advise the number of rolls needed for any job, we carry no responsibility

2 ❋ Materials risk

2.1 In the case of faulty paper, you (the client) must notify the reseller on the day, having low hung drops
2.2 If Wallflowers damages paper/vinyl during installation, we warrant only to the value of the estimate

3 ❋ Limited warranty

3.1 Wallflowers specifically does not warrant the performance of papers/vinyl/murals installed
3.2 Any claim against installation must be made by email, within 7 days of job completion
3.3 Wallflowers warranty for installation outcomes is limited only to the invoiced value of that job
3.4 The client agrees not to make (and Wallflowers will not accept) any claims for consequential loss

4 ❋ Procurement

4.1 Wallflowers prefers not to buy paper/vinyl on behalf of clients
4.2 If we are required to procure/hire components for any job, a mark-up of +17.5% will be added
4.3 Paste is built into all Wallflowers estimates at $18/roll (paper) or $7/lm (vinyl)
4.4 Materials at $12/day are also built into all Wallflowers estimates (required for installation)

5 ❋ Pricing from plans

5.1 Estimates off plans can only be considered best-guess, best-endeavours guidelines

6 ❋ Auckland site visits

6.1 Every Auckland site visit is invoiced at $60.00
6.2 Site visits for inspection/estimating are invoiced at $60.00, but only if we get the job

7 ❋ Travel outside Auckland

7.1 Invoiced at $1.10/km, plus actual time spent travelling (both ways) at $60.00 per hour

8 ❋ Payment

8.1 Strict payment terms, net 7 days
8.2 Direct credit to Wallflowers, Kiwibank, 38-9018-0897259-00
